Space Administration

The Space Administration Panel is the separate UI where administrators configure Smartchat — both at the application level and within individual spaces. Regular users do not see it.

Who has access

Section titled “Who has access”

Three administrative roles see different parts of this panel:

  • Application Owner
  • Space Owner
  • Data Scientist

A user can hold any combination of these roles, including different Space Owner assignments per space. For what each role can do, see Roles and Roles & Permissions.
